The timing couldn’t be worse as it’s been rumored that Rocky is Kendall’s new guy, and not only was she not on hand, she was all the way down in the Caribbean, partying away on the Turks and Caicos for her sister Kylie’s 19th birthday. Rocky had to have known that all eyes would be on Chanel’s presence at his show, and he most certainly didn’t try to keep her undercover.
