2020 Academy Of Country Music Awards
Things were a bit different than usual at the 2020 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sept. 16! Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the show was pushed from April to September, and moved from Las Vegas to Nashville. Artists performed from some of Nashville’s most iconic locations — the Grand Ole Opry, the Ryman and Bluebird Cafe — during the show. Despite all the changes, though, it was still one epic country music party! The show featured a comeback performance from Taylor Swift, who famously left country music in 2014 and returned to the ACMs for the first time since 2015 to sing her song, “Betty.” Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani also teamed up for a gorgeous duet, while this year’s Entertainer of the Year nominees opened the show with an epic collaboration. Keith Urban served as host of the event, which aired on CBS. Keep scrolling through the gallery to see more highlights from the night!
