Alexander Rossi
Alexander Rossi has made quite the career for himself in professional racing, winning the Indianapolis 500 as a rookie and becoming a driver at Formula One, the highest class of single-seater auto racing. He started racing as a teenager and has collected many medals and much attention since. In 2005, at the age of 13 he became a semi-finalist in the Red Bull Formula One American Drivers (a competition consisting of 2,000 nationwide candidates), and then in 2006 competed in the Skip Barber National Championship, finishing in an impressive third place. This made him the youngest winner ever in this championship’s history.
He then went on to win races at the GP2 Series and the EQ8 Caterham Racing in 2013 and then at Racing Engineering in 2015.
While Rossi is racing cars around the track, he’s definitely got hearts racing around the world with his killer talent and style. We love a guy in uniform, so naturally we have a whole gallery dedicated to some of the driver’s most award-winning moments (and smile)!
