2020 American Music Awards: Show Moments
Some people wait a lifetime for a moment like this – and the moment had finally come! The fans have decided, the stage is set, and now it’s time to kick off the 2020 American Music Awards, hosted by Taraji P. Henson.
The night was filled with incredible performances from stars like Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, Maluma, Billie Eilish, and Shawn Mendes, just to name a few. Plus, The Weeknd and Roddy Ricch duke it out with 8 nominations a piece, the most of any other artist this year.
But the top prizes are really up for grabs, and the winners will be in the hands of presenters like Grammy-winning singer Ciara and this season’s current Bachelorette star, Tayshia Adams. Other presenters for the evening include Megan Fox, Derek Hough, and Paris Hilton.

The steamiest performance of the night had to go to the Queen herself, J.Lo, and her new leading man Maluma. Ahead of the release of their new rom-com, Marry Me, the pair took to the AMAs to sex it up by performing two songs off the soundtrack.
