Well, this is awkward! During an interview with Access Hollywood, 28-year-old Vanessa Hudgens was asked about her infamous relationship with Zac Efron, 29, which ended in 2010. The interview took place on live television and, unfortunately, not only does Vanessa seem unenthused to travel back in time to her romantic history, she also reveals they are definitely NOT friends.
“Oh, wow, yeah, no. That’s not… not a thing that happens,” Vanessa says looking down with a smirk before rolling her eyes up to the ceiling before being asked once more if she talks to Zac. “No, I completely lost contact with him,” Vanessa offers up honestly, though her smile has quickly faded as she does so.

While it’s never fun to talk about your ex, Vanessa took it in stride and provided some actual answers while many others would have just tried to brush the awkward moment. That’s pretty classy, V! Plus, Vanessa has been happily in love with her current boyfriend, Austin Butler, 25, since 2011 so she doesn’t have much to be upset about.
