Now we finally know why Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert decided to call it quits. Sadly, Miranda was not interested in starting a family with Blake, claims a new report. Blake Shelton, 39, and Miranda Lambert, 32, spent four years married, but unfortunately it all came crashing down in mid-2015. But why? Although both exes remain mum on the details of their split, sources say Miranda broke a promise to Blake about when they could work on having children together. So sad.
Well, at least we finally have a reasonable explanation for why Miranda and Blake are no longer country music’s hottest couple. Inside a brand new report from Us Weekly‘s Nov. 30 issue, a source reveals that they disagreed on having a baby. Oh, no!
Sadly the source claims that Miranda and Blake made plans to start a family, but when it was time to go through it she just couldn’t keep her word. That mixed with the reports that Miranda allegedly cheated on Blake is definitely enough to call a marriage over, unfortunately.

The good news for Blake is that his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, 46, has three amazing children. The mom of Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months, made a great catch for Blake who is all about being a family man!
Plus, both Gwen and Blake have their divorces to bond over. Obviously getting divorced is not something to brag about, but the fact that they have each other to lean on must make for a really special connection. They “have both been through horrible marriages and are bonding over that,” a source explains. “The relationship is very new, but it’s a lot of fun.”
