Stylist to the stars Brad Goreski is making spirits bright this holiday season with his fashion tips for all you stylist ladies celebrating the holidays at home! Adding just a little sparkle and fun to any cozy Christmas look can make you feel even more festive and cheerful, despite the different ways of celebrating the holidays this year. “These holidays are going to be really different than what we are used to so my biggest tip is to practice self-care and self-love! 2020 has been the year of Zoom, and I know for me, staring at my reflection on the computer screen, it’s really easy to get nit-picky about skin insecurities – for me that’s my rosacea,” Brad explained in an EXCLUSIVE interview with HollywoodLife.com. “So as a first step, I would recommend people take the time to address anything that is bothering them about their skin with a dermatologist so that way you are starting with confidence sans-accessories!”

He continued, “Once you tackle that, for holiday Zoom celebrations, I’d recommend focusing on the waist-up and make things fun with metallics, strong shoulders, statement pieces, big earrings to keep people visually engaged through the screen.” The stylist added that “ruffles and frills are making a major comeback” this winter season, so be sure to stock up on those for your festivities. “Ruffles on jackets, blouses, skirts and even trickling into menswear to make any look shine. They’re fun for Zoom calls and in-person meet ups alike,” Brad said. “Another zoom friendly trend are strong shoulders.  It can be a slight puff sleeve and a strong ’80s shoulder.”

The former Fashion Police panelist, whose new show Glamsquad Showdown will premiere in 2021, spoke to HL in partnership with Galderma for their new Face Up To Rosacea Campaign. “I suffered from rosacea most of my life, so I know how it can affect all aspects of your life and I ended up missing out on some incredible memories because I was worrying about covering it up. But I reached a point where enough was enough and I knew I had to work with my dermatologist to find a prescription treatment plan that worked for me,” Brad revealed. “That’s why I’m passionate about getting the message out that clearer skin is possible out there. The Face Up to Rosacea website has resources like an interactive doctor discussion guide to help people with rosacea personalize conversations with their dermatologists.”
