It's 'possible' for Cardi B and Offset to celebrate their wedding vows a second time, and HollywoodLife has learned how they'd like to do so! Could they be the next A-list couple to plan a lavish second wedding after tying the knot in secret in 2017?
A renewal of vows isn’t off the table for Cardi B, 26, and Offset, 27, after they tied the knot in secret in Sept. 2017! “At some point, it’s possible they could renew their vows somewhere down the line,” a source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife. “Cardi and Offset are in such a great place right now, they’re more in love than ever and they love spending as much time together as possible.” However, the couple won’t be following the Hollywood trend of hosting a grand wedding at an expensive venue after the initial private ceremony (such as Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz’s nuptials on a yacht in Italy). “But as for an official ceremony, that’s just not in the cards for them,” our source adds, and explains, “They don’t feel the need or the pressure to celebrate with a big, lavish wedding because their wedding day was perfect and everything they wanted.”
Cardi and Offset are more than content with their hush-hush nuptials that took place in Fulton, Georgia, which didn’t even make the news circuit until eight months after the couple made the lifelong commitment. “The wedding ceremony they had was so incredibly special to them because it was just between them and nobody else,” our source tells us. Indeed, nearly nobody was allowed on the guest list, save for Cardi’s cousin and the wedding officiant!
Cardi offered a few details about this special day in an iPhone note, which she shared in June 2018 (the same month the Grammy-winning rapper and Offset welcomed their first child, Kulture Kiari Cephus, now 1). “Our relationship was so new breaking up and making up and we had a lot of growing up to do but we was so in love we didn’t want to lose each other ,was one morning in September we woke up and decided to get married,” the “Pressed” rapper revealed. “We found someone to marry us, and she did ,just the two of us and my cousin 😂. I said I do, with no dress no make up and no ring! I appreciate and love my husband so much for still wanting for me have that special moment that every girl dreams of when he got down on his knee and put a ring on my finger and he did that for me!!”

Cardi and Offset can especially entertain the idea of renewing their vows, considering that they’ve overcome rumors that Offset allegedly asked for a threesome with Summer Bunni and Cuban Doll. That led Cardi to announce she and Offset had split in Dec. 2018, but the lovers were a united front once again when they shared a tongue kiss on the red carpet at the 2019 Grammy Awards on Feb. 10.
