Following last year’s cancelation due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards makes it grandiose return in New York City on Wednesday, Nov. 10. At The Pool Room in Midtown Manhattan, top fashion designers and A-list celebrities will celebrate honorees’ innovative contributions to the fashion industry. Actress Emily Blunt and designer Tom Ford will host the event. Zendaya, pictured here in a vibrant two-piece ensemble from Vera Wang, will receive the Fashion Icon Award, while Anya Taylor-Joy will receive the Face of the Year Award. Dapper Dan will receive the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award. It’s a big night indeed, and stars showed up dressed to the nines.
