Chris Lowell
Chris Lowell, best known for his roles on ‘Veronica Mars’ and ‘Glow’, stopped by the HollywoodLife Portrait Studio to talk about both projects and his future plans to carry on the two, iconic roles. On Season 3 Of ‘Glow’ In Vegas
“I always think of Vegas as being the place where you can be whatever you want to be because it’s the place where anything goes. However, it’s just a much different place at that time. It was just a really beautiful world to explore and it kind of serviced the characters in this way where, because they were outside their comfort zones, they were just in a world that none of them really understood.”
On What Made Season 3 Of Glow Different
“What I love about [creators] Liz and Carly is the courage they have to completely blow up a world and take us to a completely different place with completely different stakes and a completely different tone, all the while, without completely abandoning what made the show so great to begin with. I think that’s what the third season does really well.”
On Bash’s Sexuality
“I don’t think there’s any clean or simple resolution for him in this exploration of who he is and what he knows and understands about himself. “
On Bash Wrestling:
” It’s so funny. Every season we talk about Bash getting in the ring. Literally every season ends with Liz and Carly saying like, “All right, well get ready for next season because we’re probably going to throw you in the ring for a match.” And every season that never comes. “
On This Season’s Shocking Threesome Scene:
“Shooting those scenes is always nerve-wracking. There’s just no way around it. It’s just always a scary thing to do. But I was excited for the challenge and I feel so safe with Kate and I think she with me.”
On Season 4 Of Glow
“I think if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s to just trust that Liz and Carly are going to steer the ship in an interesting, unusual specific direction, which is all I can ask for.”
On A Return To ‘Veronica Mars’
“Logan’s dead as a doornail. So, it looks like Piz has his day. Piz is the one that’s walking around, sucking air.”
