She currently portrays Maya Bishop on the hit ABC series ‘Station 19.’ The show is a spinoff of the longest running medical drama in history, ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’ ‘Station 19’ premiered in 2018 and has been renewed for a third season, which will premiere in 2020. Danielle’s character is bisexual and fans have applauded the show for its inclusion. In season 3, ‘Station 19’ will have more crossovers with ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ creating a stronger shared universe. Danielle told HollywoodLife that she’s ‘extremely excited’ about the storyline possibilities this shared universe will bring.
