The 2020 Emmy Awards were the first of its kind on Sept. 20, 2020. While some stars called in from home — others showed up in person to present awards. Jennifer Aniston was the first to take the stage (she remained far away from host Jimmy Kimmel due to the health guidelines presented amid the coronavirus pandemic) and she slayed in a sexy black dress, which she paired with a diamond necklace and strappy heels.
