Giacomo Gianniotti is an actor best known for his role as Dr. Andrew Deluca on ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’ He joined the show in 2015 and has since become a series regular. Deluca is a surgical resident and Meredith’s on-again, off-again love interest. He’s become one of the show’s most beloved characters. He also guest stars on the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ spinoff ‘Station 19’ from time to time due to the shared universe. Before ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ he played Lord Julien on The CW series ‘Reign.’ He also recurred as Leslie Garland on ‘Murdoch Mysteries’ and Freddy on ‘Selfie.’ Giacomo starred and produced the film ‘Acquainted,’ which was released in 2020. The movie was filmed in 2018. His other film roles include ‘The Cuban’ and ‘Race.’ He became engaged to makeup artist Nichole Gustafson in 2017. They married in an intimate ceremony in 2019.
