Gigi currently identifies as lesbian, and is engaged to Natalia Williams Getty, who goes by Nats. Nats is often featured on Gigi’s channel and the two do challenges together for Gigi’s audience. Gigi vulnerably opened up about not getting gender confirmation surgery in 2019. Her book, “He Said, She Said: Lessons, Stories, and Mistakes from My Transgender Journey” came out on April 2, 2019. Gigi has been an outspoken activist for LGBTQ rights through her years in the spotlight.
