With her first baby expected to arrive on Nov. 4, 2019, The Real Housewives of Miami alum celebrated the upcoming milestone with a baby shower on Oct. 6! Fairy-tales were clearly the model’s inspiration, because her home was transformed into a dreamy setting that any Disney princess would’ve enjoyed tea time in.
Rustic-chic dining tables channeled that “la la land” vibe, which were set with ornate plates, ribbons, blushing roses and vintage candlewick glasses. The patio was draped in garlands of even more pink and white roses, complete with a wooden swing set covered in frosted leaves. No baby shower would be complete without a giant balloon archway, which also stuck to the party’s feminine theme in colors of pastel pink, daffodil yellow and white.
The menu was especially adorable. Guests munched on frosted cookies, macaroons bearing the word “baby,” and multiple-tiered cakes! Joanna matched the baby shower décor in a pastel blue dress that cradled her baby bump, which featured a pink rose print.
