Jon Stewart, born November 28, 1962, is an American comedian and entertainment personality. Jon is best known for hosting ‘The Daily Show.’ He hosted the sketch comedy series from 1999-2015, when the show was taken over by Trevor Noah. Jon has been incredibly critical about politics in America since he became a part of the show. Jon is returning to The Daily Show in February 2024 and will appear on the Monday episodes only through the 2024 election.
He also has gone on to win 22 Emmy Awards with 50 nominations. Along with his TV work, Jon is also passionate about the welfare of 9/11 first responders and has dedicated his time to causes supporting the men and women who sacrificed their health in September 2001.
