She means business! Kathy Ireland, born Mar, 20, 1963, has been paving her own way since starting her career as a model in the 80s. Known for her big hair and bright eyes, the beauty was scouted by Elite Models in 1979 and never looked back. She appeared on the covers of ‘Vogue’, ‘Cosmo’, ‘Sports Illustrated’, and later ‘Forbes’. In fact, one of her 1989 SI covers was named the best ever at the magazine’s 50th-anniversary celebration in 2014.
Not one to limit her success, Kathy started her brand marketing company, kathy ireland Worldwide (kiWW) in 1993. She’s become one of the most successful model- businesswomen in history, amassing a $420 million personal fortune by 2015.
Kathy has been married to physician Greg Olsen since 1988. They share 3 kids.
