The actress put her long legs on full display in a commanding mini on the red carpet -- did you love the look? VOTE! Katie Holmes made an appearance at the Gravity premiere, where the 34-year-old stunned on the red carpet on Oct. 1 at the AMC Lincoln Square Theatre. She turned up alongside Emma Watson and Sandra Bullock. While the star often wears tights she allowed her legs to take center stage -- but was it too simple or totally chic for the occasion?
Katie Holmes’ ‘Gravity’ Premiere:
The star selected an Azzedine Alaia pink sleeveless dress that featured a feint stitched pattern. While the tight tank dress clung to her curves it slightly fanned out after the waist, putting her legs on full display — and they were elongated, thanks to her nude Michael Kors pumps. A neat ponytail and soft, pink glossy lips completed her red carpet get-up. Although she opted for minimal accessories she looked fresh-faced and ready for her close-up on the carpet.
We last saw Katie on Sept. 28, when the star chose a simple look as she spoke at the Global Citizen Concert that featured artists like Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Kings of Leon, and Alicia Keys.
Since this was a red carpet we’re really loving the fact that she opted for something bright and fun. While it’s consistent with her classic sense of style, the bold color and sexy silhouette make this look a home run. Even though Katie decided to make her appearance in a simple way, we still think she glowed effortlessly. Good for you, Katie! What do you think? Too simple or just right?
