Liz Cambage
Liz Cambage is a professional basketball player from Australia. At 6’8″, she towers over most of the other women on the court. After several years of playing pro basketball in Australia, Liz was drafted by the WNBA team, the Tulsa Shock, in 2011. At first, she was reluctant to play for the team, but she eventually gave in. She skipped playing during the 2012 season, as she was recovering from representing Australia in the summer Olympics that year. She returned to the Shock in 2013, then played several seasons in China, before returning to Melbourne for the 2017-2018 season. Liz made her return to the WNBA in the 2018 season, where she played for the Dallas Wings. She achieved a WNBA scoring record by scoring 53 points in one game in July 2018. In 2019, she requested a trade, and was traded to the Las Vegas Aces in May of that year.
