Maddox Jolie-Pitt, Through The Years
As the oldest son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Maddox Jolie-Pitt is one of the most recognizable celebrity kids in the world – but he’s not a kid anymore! Though he grew up in the public eye, on August 5, 2019, Maddox officially turned 18 and clearly, he has a bright future ahead of him.
Three months after his birth in a small village in Cambodia, Angelina Jolie (then married to Billy Bob Thorton) met Maddox during a visit to the country, with the intention of finding a child to adopt. She instantly fell in love with the boy when they met at his orphanage and brought him home. When she and Brad Pitt officially became a couple, Brad also adopted Maddox and they became a family.
Maddox has been seen with his famous parents at many high profile events, from their movie premieres to film festivals. However, he’s also spent time on the set of his parent’s projects. Maddox made his acting debut playinga zombie in the 2013, ‘World War Z.’ which starred Brad. He also had another minor role in his mother’s film ‘By The Sea’.
Maddox has five younger siblings: Pax and Zahara, who were also adopted, and Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox, who Brad and Angelina conceived biologically. Check out the gallery to see Maddox grow up into the fine young man he is today, always by his parents’ side.
