Can you believe it? Only one celeb was arrested in Arizona on the day of the big Super Bowl game and that was 'Moesha' star Marcus T. Paulk -- for drunk driving and drug possession! Before the Super Bowl on Feb. 1, Marcus T. Paulk, 28, was pulled over in Scottsdale, Arizona and taken into custody by Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies -- find out what happened after he was pulled over.
Marcus T. Paulk Arrested For DUI & Drug Possession
Marcus was allegedly driving too close to emergency vehicles when he was pulled over. The former child star reportedly failed a sobriety test and owned up to drinking and smoking pot. He blew a .109 on a breathalyzer, according to TMZ.
A day before his arrest, Marcus uploaded an Instagram pic of the Super Bowl logo with the caption, “What’s up #phx #az #scottsdale what that #Super Bowl life like.”
Unfortunately, Marcus didn’t get to watch the game due to his arrest — he has since been released.
Marcus Previously Arrested For Domestic Violence And Battery
This wouldn’t be the first time Marcus had a run in with the law. In 2013, he was charged with domestic violence after allegedly kicking his girlfriend in the stomach, leaving her hospitalized.
Apparently, the both threw punches and he even punched her in the face — yikes! He was charged domestic violence and battery, but didn’t end up doing any jail time.
Who knows — the case may re-open now that Marcus has found himself in trouble with the law, yet again.
