Melania Trump, sported her signature beauty look as she joined journalist Lesley Stahl who hosted CBS’ special interview with Donald Trump and his entire family. The 46-year-old, who is originally from Slovenia, will become the second foreign-born first lady following her husband’s inaugural ceremony in January 2017.
Dressed in a bright red dress, Melania paired her patriotic look with a smooth blowout and soft smokey eye. Wearing her balayage locks parted down the center, Melania’s blowout had lots of shine and soft volume. For her makeup, she put the focus on her blue eyes by lining them with black eyeliner and adding soft brown eyeshadow just to the crease of her lid. To finish the look, Melania chose a light pink lip that had a bit of gloss to it.

During the interview, Melania sat alongside her husband and spoke about her recent meeting at the White House with current FLOTUS Michelle Obama. “She was a gracious host,” Melania said, adding, “We talked about raising children in the White House, and she was very warm and very nice.”
Melania also confirmed that she plans to take a stand against online bullying, something she was criticized for speaking about during the election. “I think it’s very important because a lot of children and teenagers are getting hurt,” she said. “We need to teach them how to talk to each other, how to treat each other and to be able to connect with each other in the right way.”
