Kelly Ripa, 45, and Michael Strahan, 44, must be really good at their jobs -- because they've reportedly been feuding behind the scenes of Live! for quite some time now, and they managed to never show it on-camera! But is bad treatment from his co-host the real reason Michael has decided to leave the show!?
It’s no secret that viewers immediately fell in love with Michael when he joined Live! in 2012, and Kelly reportedly couldn’t stand that he was getting so much attention. She began bullying her co-host behind the scenes, according to TMZ, and lately, he’d jut gotten fed up with it.
Of course, so much more went into his decision to leave than just that: He also got offered a sweet gig as a full-time reporter for Good Morning America, which offers more money and more freedom to work on sports stories.
And if this drama is the real deal, the pair will have to put up with it for a few more months — Michael’s new job doesn’t start until the fall, and he’s expected to remain on Live! throughout the summer. Meanwhile, Kelly will return to her seat behind the table on April 26 for the first time since Michael blindsided her with news he’s be leaving last week.

It will be business as usual, though, with Kelly reportedly planning to act like nothing is wrong and that things are totally fine between her and the 44-year-old.
