MOMOLAND
MOMOLAND is an all-girl k-pop group, which formed under MLD Entertainment via the reality series, ‘Finding Momoland,’ in 2016. The group started off with seven members who won the show (Hyebin, Yeonwoo, Jane, Nayun, JooE, Nancy and Ahin). They made their official debut in Nov. 2016 with their first EP, ‘Welcome to Momoland.’ Months later, in April 2017, two new members were added to the group: Daisy and Taeha. The ladies released various EPs throughout 2017, 2018 and the beginning of 2019, before finally dropping their debut studio album, ‘Chiri Chiri,’ in Sept. 2019. However, on Nov. 30, 2019, MLD Entertainment confirmed that Yeonwoo and Taeha would be leaving the group to pursue other career paths — Taeha terminated her contract with MLD, while Yeonwoo decided to focus on her acting career with MLD, as opposed to singing.
