The 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards took place at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, CA on May 16 and 17. The 2-night event honored the biggest and best in movies and television, and stars like Paris Hilton (pictured above), Rachel Lindsay, Addison Rae, Erika Jayne, Justin Hartley, Mandy Moore, Riley Keough, Nikki Bella, Heidi Klum, and more attended. ‘Saturday Night Live’ alum Leslie Jones hosted the first night, which honored Sacha Baron Cohen with the Comedic Genius Award and Scarlett Johansson with the Generation Award. Then, on the second night – which was a first-of-its-kind celebration for all things reality television – comedian Nikki Glaser took over hosting duties.
