New Year’s Eve in South Korea
The year 2020 is officially here! All around the world, people rang in the New Year with fireworks and other celebrations on Dec. 31, 2019. Each hour, a new time zone got to celebrate the start of 2020, which not only meant a new year, but also a new DECADE! One of the first places to ring in 2020 was South Korea, and in this photo, people gathered to watch a stunning fireworks show at Yulpo Beach. Despite the cold temperatures, partygoers bundled up to check out the light show, which was absolutely stunning. The fireworks lit up the sky as they exploded over the water.
