Paulina Vega, a celebrated Colombian TV Host and beauty queen, is best known the world over as Miss Colombia and Miss Universe. She was crowned Miss Colombia in 2013 and she became the second Miss Universe from her home country in 2014. An incredible achievement!
During her year as Miss Universe, Paulina travels the world over, being seen everywhere from Celebrity Apprentice and Live! With Kelly & Miachel, to alongside Olivia Culpo in Bali for ad campaigns.
As for her causes, Paulina made it a point to raise awareness for HIV/AIDS in her new role, participating in several high profile events to raise funds and advance education about the disease. Paulina ultimately handed her crown over to Pia Wurtzbach on December 8, 2015, Miss Universe Philippines, who went on to be Miss Universe 2018.
