‘Hustle’ is the latest Adam Sandler movie premiering June 8 on Netflix. The comedian is taking a break from comedy with this basketball drama. After discovering a once-in-a-lifetime player with a rocky past abroad, a down on his luck basketball scout takes it upon himself to bring the phenom to the States without his team’s approval. Against the odds, they have one final shot to prove they have what it takes to make it in the NBA.
Adam stars as Stanley Sugerman, the basketball scout who discovers Bo Cruz. Bo is played by NBA player Juancho Hernangomez. The cast also includes Queen Latifah, Ben Foster, Robert Duvall, Heidi Gardner, Kenny Smith, Anthony Edwards, Boban Marjanović, and more. The movie features plenty of cameos from basketball greats, including Shaquille O’Neal.
