Kim was running all over town over Halloween weekend but MTO claims one stop was to a doctor to get some fillers. The KUWTK has been looking fierce lately but we would be very surprised if Kim would get fillers considering she is being so careful this time around since it’s a high risk pregnancy. We bet she’ll say something about this rumor soon because she usually owns up to things. Meanwhile, she finally celebrated her baby shower with a Troop Beverly Hills theme and it was adorable. Everyone wore their pajamas and had yummy food! Kim looks so happy and regardless, she is glowing!
