Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is best known as an NBA legend. He played professional basketball for 20 seasons from the 1960s until the late 1980s.
During his impressive career, he played for the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers and was named a six-time NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP), 19-time NBA All-Star, 15-time All-NBA Team member, and an 11-time NBA All-Defensive Team selection. He was also a member of six NBA championship teams as a player and two more as an assistant coach. He was also voted twice for the NBA Finals MVP.
