Rain Dove
American model, actor, and activist, Rain Dove Dubilewski actively participates in gender politics, subversive fashion, and gender-nonconforming modeling. As a gender capitalist, Dove poses as both male and female for photo shoots and doesn’t care all too much about pronouns for their descriptors, going by “she,” “he,” “it,” “they,” etc. Their androgynous modeling career began when a friend challenged them to present as a man for a Calvin Klein underwear casting. Dove was surprisingly offered the gig and ever since, has been recruited by other modeling agencies and asked to walk on both men’s and women’s runways during New York fashion week.
The model was voted as Most Eligible Bachelorette by SheWired in 2014 and then named one of the “12 Women Who Are Redefining Beauty” by Elle Magazine in 2015.
When they are not strutting runways, they are being a moderator for important LGBTQ causes and a trailblazer in the fashion industry, and the world!
