The VMAs may be MTV’s biggest award show of the year, but the network doesn’t ONLY honor stars in music throughout the year! In addition to the VMAs, MTV also hosts the Movie & TV Awards annually. The event started as the MTV Movie Awards in 1992, but changed to incorporate television, as well, in 2017. Every year, some of the biggest actors and actresses show up and are awarded with golden popcorn trophies!
Of course, that means that there’s always a star-studded red carpet to look forward to. Over the years, the MTV Movie Awards have given us some amazing red carpet looks. Even though the event is less formal than some other major award shows, the ladies always bring their A-game when they get all glammed up to attend.
