C’mon, how can Halloween not be anyone’s absolute favorite holiday? Here at Hollywood Life, we are complete suckers for a crazy costume, some good tricks, and all the delicious candy, of course.
Halloween just allows you to explore your creativity in general, which we are totally here for. It is the one time of the year you can partake in a couple’s costume with your lover (wink), or that you can get the fam bam together for a group costume, or that you can go solo dolo and make your own very unique costume.
And yes, you can always leave it to the celebs to always go all out for the special spooky occasion. Over the years, celebs who have shown us they truly love to play dress up on October 31 have included Heidi Klum, Kim Kardashian, and Katy Perry.

Rihanna is photographed heading to a Halloween party in New York City in 2014. She dressed as a Ninja Turtle, going completely incognito with her face mask and skin painted green. Of course, she had a turtle shell to go with the look, too.

Fly away! Heidi Klum looked fierce and fabulous while dressed as a butterfly in 2011, especially with her rainbow-hued wings and hypnotizing bug eyes. You could barely see her face and body in the costume, which made her completely unrecognizable.

Step aside, Ariel. There’s a hot new mermaid in town and her name is Kim K! The reality star looked sexier than ever with her long blonde locks, seashell bra, and sparkling tail in 2012. With that cascading blonde hair, though, it was hard to even realize it was Kim at first glance!
