The Spice Girls have kicked off their long-awaited reunion tour, as they take to the stage for their first performance in Dublin, Ireland’s Croake Park. Emma Bunton, 43, Geri Horner, 46, Mel Brown, 43, and Mel C, 45 performed a 19 song set that included many of their biggest hits including “Say You’ll Be There,” “2 Become 1,” “Viva Forever,” “Stop” “Goodbye,” a cover of Sister Sledge’s “We Are Family” and as an encore they brought out their 1996 breakthrough hit “Wannabe.” The ladies played 13 shows throughout the UK, ending with three concerts at London’s famed Wembley Stadium from June 13-15. Their opening night show included numerous costume changes, energetic dance routines and unfortunately some difficulties with the audio system. OG member Victoria Beckham decided to skip out on the tour, choosing to focus on her fashion brand. She did wish the ladies good luck on their tour with an Instagram post showing a photo of their five in their 90’s heyday with the caption, “Good luck to the girls today as they start their tour! x VB #SpiceGirls #FriendshipNeverEnds.
