Flip or Flip star Tarek El Moussa and Selling Sunset‘s Heather Rae Young have jetted off to Mexico for a romantic Cabo getaway. The blonde beauty, 33, and her fiance, 39, were seen soaking up the sunshine at a luxe hotel on December 18. Heather rocked a purple bikini while laying on a cabana, as she cuddled up to her husband-to-be. She later put a black sundress on top of her swimsuit, slicking her blonde tresses back into a high ponytail. Meanwhile, the home renovations star wore a black tank top, blue swimming trucks, and accessorized with a black baseball cap and dark shades.
Back in September, Tarek gushed about being engaged to Heather, and revealed how excited he was about their life together. “I think we found the perfect couch for the new house today!! Okay… it may not seem exciting but to me it really is! We also found a ton of other stuff and I can’t wait to show you! I don’t know… I’m just so excited about life!!” he captioned an Instagram photo, which showed Heather lounging on a couch.
The dad-of-two added, “I’m in love, I’m engaged, Flipping 101 is on the air and Flip or Flop is on the way. I’m telling you… it’s possible to accomplish those things you have been dreaming of! I dreamed of this life and I got it by believing I could do it and working my tail off!! If there is something you want just go for it!” The couple also spoke to HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY about their upcoming wedding. “We’re planning within the next year, so that’s our plan depending on COVID,” Heather explained.
The reality star continued, “We plan on doing it within the next year… we don’t know when yet.” Tarek then chimed in, dishing to HL that the wedding will likely be in either California, Mexico, or Europe. We couldn’t be happier for them!
