‘The Disney Family Singalong’
On April 16, 2020, ABC aired ‘The Disney Family Singalong,’ hosted by Ryan Seacrest. The broadcast aired during the coronavirus pandemic, and featured some of the biggest stars in music singing along to their favorite Disney songs. There were virtual performances from Little Big Town, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande and more! Throughout the night, the artists also thanked the healthcare and frontline workers for all they’ve been doing amidst COVID-19. The two biggest moments of the night were a surprise appearance from Beyonce, who sang ‘When You Wish Upon A Star,’ and the reunion of the ‘High School Musical’ cast, who teamed up with other Disney stars to sing a rendition of ‘We’re All In This Together.’ Even Zac Efron got in on the fun to introduce the performance!
