One of the most important things a country needs to have on their side are good relationships with other countries. While the United States of America and Great Britain have not always been the best of friends, the Obama administration in 2016 made it a mission to build a great relationship with the UK. On April 22, 2016, United States President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle took a trip across the pond to make a state visit to Britain, to discuss politics with The Royals.
