The 23rd Annual Webby Awards honored some of the world’s most creative visionaries, artists, business figures in a star-studded event to celebrate the best of the Internet. Actress and comedian Jenny Slate served as the evening’s host, emceeing an event which honored some of the Internet’s most influential individuals, including actor Michael Douglas, actress/producer Issa Rae, late night hosts Desus Nice and The Kid Mero, climate activist Greta Thunberg, Philadelphia Flyers mascot Gritty, entrepreneur Emily Weiss, comedian and producer Hasan Minhaj, and artist Tierra Whack.
