He was born Timothy Zachary Mosley, but the world knows him best as Timbaland. The rapper, songwriter, singer, DJ and record producers has been incredibly influential in shaping the sound of hip-hop and R&B. With his first full credit production work on Ginuwin’s 1996 album, ‘Ginuwine…the Bachelor,’ to his work on Aaliyah’s ‘One In A Million’ and Missy Elliott’s ‘Supa Dupa Fly,’ Tim became one of the most in-demand producers in the game. He’s also found success on the mic, releasing several albums with rapper Magoo, and his solo work, ‘Tim’s Bio,’ in 1998. Timbaland partnered with Justin Timberlake, producing ‘Cry Me A River,’ and most of Timberlake’s ‘FutureSex/LoveSounds’ and ‘The 20/20 Experience.’ The list of people that Timbaland has worked with is a Who’s Who of music: Jay-Z, Ludacris, Madonna, Rihanna, Drake, Zayn, Rick Ross, and more. He’s won a handful of Grammy awards, including Best Dance Recording (“Sexy Back” in 2007, “LoveStoned/I Think She Knows” in 2008) and Best R&B Song (“Pusher Love Girl” and “Drunk In Love” in 2014 and 2015, respectively.)
