2019 may be Tristan Thompson’s worst year. In addition to losing Khloe Kardashian – again – for the first time since 2015, the Cleveland Cavaliers will not be in the NBA Finals. Despite losing LeBron James over the 2018 silly-season, Tristan remained confident to the point of cockiness.
“We’re still 4-time Eastern Conference champions, so until you take us down from that, teams ain’t got much to say,” Thompson told in Sept. 2018. “Boston, Philly, they ain’t got much to say. Boston had homecourt Game 7 and lost. Philly, you guys almost got swept. Toronto – we know that story.” Seven months later, and they’re the third-worst team in the league.
