Kim Kardashian, 40, and Kanye West, 43, are both looking forward to another unforgettable family Christmas with their four kids, North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 2, and baby Psalm, 19 months. As HollywoodLife previously reported, the famous couple have been “struggling” to make their marriage work — but that’s not going to stop them from celebrating the holiday together.

“Kim and Kanye will be together for Christmas,” a source close to the KKW beauty founder told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “They always come together for the kids so they will definitely celebrate together as a family. Kim loves Christmas and loves making it really special for her kids and so does Kanye.”

“Kanye always goes above and beyond when it comes to gifts,” the source continued. “As everyone knows he’s extremely generous and creative so it’s always exciting to see what he will come up with for Kim and the kids. It’s going to be a different holiday this year because of the restrictions but Kim is still looking forward to it, just seeing the kids on Christmas morning and seeing how excited they are is so fun.”

A second source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the rapper told HollywoodLife that they both have high hopes for the holidays — and the new year. “They are really looking forward to seeing what Santa gets the kids because all of them are very excited for that to occur. So they are embracing the kids excitement and it gets them excited to be together. They are going to take the holidays and the new year as a fresh start because their kids are what is important right now.”

In recent months Kanye has been spending a lot of time in Wyoming, while Kim has been largely based in Los Angeles. But the physical distance doesn’t mean a divorce is imminent. “Kanye will always worship Kim. He loves her so much,” a source previously shared with HollywoodLife. “He doesn’t seem worried about losing Kim. Kim also isn’t planning on leaving Kanye anytime soon.”

Kim and Kanye, who first went public with their romance in 2012, have been married since 2014 but have been friends since 2003. During their relationship they have faced many challenges — including Kanye’s diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Kim has been open about how mental illness impacts her husband and how “hurtful” it is when people accuse her of not doing enough to help him. In a May 2019 interview with Vogue she explained, “I never want to speak for him, because I am not in his mind. But I think some of the hurtful things that I read online … ‘What is she doing? She’s not stopping him.’ …. Like, it’s my fault if he does or says something that they don’t agree with?” “That’s my husband,” she continued. “I share every opinion that I have and let him know when I think something’s wrong. Or if it comes to him being in the middle of a bipolar episode, I’ll do everything to be supportive and help to calm the situation.”
